I have used MSM cream for over 10 years. I have a problem with muscle spasms and I have bursitis in my hip. If I walk too long or sit too long my body will ache. Spread some of Nature's Plus MSM cream on and the pain goes away. I even purchased a jar of this for my Aunt who has arthritis and she said she definitely feels the pain relief.
Be advised - Amazon only sells this from The Vitamin Shoppe! They are the best priced and have great shipping. I'm completely satisfied with the product and the vendor.

My family recently celebrated the 80th birthday of my mother and experienced the joy of watching her dance at her party with the energy and enthusiasm that has always characterized her. Not so when she had her 70th birthday party. She stayed sitting with a foot pain episode that became unfortunately very familiar through the following years. After a good number and variety of doctors, creams, pills and natural remedies nothing really helped until I got her with this MSM chondroitin glucosamine cream. I heard of it from the older tennis players in my tennis club, which raved about it, and decided to get her some. It was a turning point. My mother has not had foot pain for two years now since she is using it, once daily. Three months ago she felt so good that she stopped using it thinking that the problem was now gone for good but the pain returned. So that seems to be a bit of a drawback, she will have to use for life. On the positive side, the cream is good for several months and is not very expensive. I am sure glad that at least there is something she can use to relieve the pain and gain her quality of life. Last, it is great that this product exists as cream. For older people that are taking a ton of pills a day it is a great advantage to put something topical and lessen the GI pill workload. Most people seem to prefer the pills now and I had recently trouble finding the cream. I really really hope that THIS MARVELOUS product continues to be available for many years to come.

Glucosamine/chondroitin can be used topically, as can ibuprofen, and if you're willing to take the time to stick pins in the ibuprofen gel caps and mix them into this cream, you have a nice combination of a healthful supplement and a pain reliever, a combination that was actually marketed until the FDA had it pulled off the shelves.
As with any g/c product, you must use this particular brand consistently, daily, religiously, and permanently if you want results. It's not morphine. The cream works just as well as those drink mixtures (one of which has 28 grams of sugar per serving, and the other of which simply tastes nasty), and is much more pleasant than swallowing six to nine horse pills every day. The cream itself is soft, absorbs quickly, and is a great moisturizer.

| I have wrist and thumb problems from overuse and this creme is the only thing I've used that consistently helps. I use it every night before sleep and have remained pain free since beginning this regimen. I highly recommend it. |
