| Chondroitin sulfates provide the structural components of joint cartilage, inhibit some free radical enzymes that degrade joint cartilage and collagen, and facilitate the entry of glucosamine into the joints. Like glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate attracts water into the cartilage matrix and stimulates the production of cartilage. It also appears to have the ability to prevent enzymes from dissolving cartilage. Recent studies have shown extremely good results from long-term use of chondroitin sulfate (alone and in combination with glucosamine) in increasing range of motion and overall joint health. |

| I have a very hard time taking pills, and many of the glucosamine/chrondroitin pills that are available, are absolutely huge, and especially seem large, if you have trouble taking pills. A Dr. friend suggested I try the liquid version, and it worked well on my arthritis symptoms, but really tasted yucky. (I know, I am hard to please!) When I came across these chewables, I was very skeptical that they would taste good, but I have to say, they are not bad at all. Cream orange flavor? Maybe not quite, but they really don't taste too bad, and the best part, is that they work. If I miss more than a couple of days, I really begin to notice it. I have also found that their price compares to the regular pill form or liquid, so that is also a plus. I would really recommend you try these, if you have arthritis, and see if they work for you. I don't think you will be disappointed! |

| These chews were a relief to find. I have a really difficult time swallowing large pills and would therefore find myself avoiding taking them altogether. After days or weeks, my arthritis symptoms and pain are much more intense, so I convince myself that I really need to be better about taking the pills. The glucosamine/chondroitin pills help without a doubt, but it's hard to force myself to take them when I gag every time. The liquid version was too distasteful for me to be able to drink it well. However, for me, these orange chews are a hit. I have no trouble eating the three per day, and I just keep them in my pocket until I want one, and don't need a glass of water either, which makes it obviously convenient. They do not seem to be available everywhere you'd find the pills, but I did find them in one large retail store, and I am pleased to see them available through Amazon. Those who find the orange version too repellent (like my husband) might like a chocolate version by another company. I have not tried it yet myself. |

| Excellent product. I have trouble finding it in the store and was thrilled to find it on line. I have trouble swallowing pills but, need something I can have quickly. This chewable product is very tasty and makes such a difference in my arthritis pain. Thanks |

| Before I tried Spring Valley Glucosamine & Chondroitin Soft Chews I had great trouble swallowing the triple strength caplets. Now I have no trouble. This is a terrific product. 5 stars do not do it justice. |

| these work best for me there easy and taste good. i like chewing these as compared to the big pill and the liquid which is to sweet, i think this is the best way and my joints dont hurt no more as long as i keep taking these |
